According to reports, the Swedish Energy Agency has invested about 4.5 billion kronor in the photovoltaic subsidy program during 2009-2021. The agency said in June this year that Sweden’s operational photovoltaic power generation capacity increased from 411MW at the end of 2018 to 698MW at the end of 2019. In March this year, the agency revealed that photovoltaic power generation may surge during 2018-2022, consistent with the expected growth of wind power generation.
